§ 102-4. Penalties.

Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall upon conviction be subject to a fine not exceeding $500.00 or imprisonment for a period not exceeding 90 days, or both such fine and imprisonment, as authorized in NMSA 1978, § 3-17-1. Any violation continued for a period of 30 days after conviction shall be prosecuted and treated as a separate offense.
