§ 102-85. Establishment of zone districts.

The area within the zoning jurisdiction of the city is hereby divided into the following zone districts:

R-R	Rural residential zone
R-I	Single-family residential zone
R-IA	Mixed single-family residential zone
R-2	Multiple-family residential zone
C-R	Commercial residential zone
C-I	Retail commercial zone
M-I	Light industrial zone
S-U	Special use zone
MHP	Mobile home park
